I have noticed when there is not only one machine on the network, but several that I lose the overview when hacking. Since
my two screens are already full enough and it is old-fashioned to structure on sheets too inflexible for me, the idea of the "murderboard" came to me.
A small (60×45) magnetic whiteboard on which I can take notes, but can also represent a network with the help of writable magnets.
Well, it's still improvised, but it helps me with the overview, and I'll definitely develop it further.
I will certainly make my own magnets with permanent markers for the hosts, so that I can reuse them well and properly.
